So i woke up to find that my Canadian world had been covered in light dusting of snow on Saturday morning! It was SOOOO nice! The projection ended up being for 15 cm (? whatever)...Not sure what we got, but it was a couple inches before it turned to slush Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning it was still coming down...in big snowball size flakes. =D Sure, it's a dirty snowcone mess now, but it was fun and beautiful, and I'm not complaining. Maybe later, but not now. Happy snow days!
First picture: my street...house on the left has my neighbor's apt. and you can see her cat, Jack, in the window. My apartment is in the building to the right of the house (but my window is in the back). Second picture is of the courtyard at school. Third picture is of Broadway & Granville near the big Chapters bookstore...I was waiting for the bus, just watching the snow fall. If you look to the right corner, you can see red banners advertising "Beauty & The Beast" which will be put on at the Stanley theater just up Granville in a few days!

OOoo!! So pretty! And today, we got OUR first snow ... not just flurries like yesterday - I mean a snow that you can still see once it hits the ground! And there was a thin (very thin) area (a small area) of ice over the pond! :D
